These Terms and Conditions are temporary until a permanent is in place.
WHO ARE WE AND HOW TO CONTACT US?
5xCLUB is a private crypto club for risk willing people who wants to make a profit in the crypto market. 5xCLUB is not a registered company nor do we have a trading license to trade crypto. We offer people to join the club for free and put their Bitcoins in a pool which is traded by means of a “state of the art” auto algo trading software. The software is owned by a Swiss Company and the trading license they are using is owned by a company registered in the UK. More details in final terms and conditions.

CONTRIBUTION CLAUSE
By contributing in this crypto community you know that in crypto trading it is possible to both win and loose money and 5xCLUB is not responsible for any losses the technology might give us. Members in the club can participate in a 5x trade and invest Bitcoin and receive 5 times more Bitcoin when the trade is closed after 12 months +/- . There are zero membership cost and there are zero fee when Bitcoin is invested, or returns are withdrawn. Members can also refer new members and earn commission in three levels. The commission plan is a simple uni-level plan with three commission levels where members can earn respectively 300%, 150% and 100% commission on all that is invested on those three levels.
Founders of 5xCLUB will not charge any fee or take any return before members have been paid their return and commission and that is after the trade has reached 5 times invested value in Bitcoin.
MEMBER REGISTRATION
To become a member a person must be referred by an existing member. A new member must create a user profile by receiving a referral link from an existing member called a sponsor. The member or user is responsible for preventing unauthorized use of their account – in order to limit liability for the club.
It is required to be 18 years old to become a member and the club requires full KYC from their members which includes first and last name, address, postcode, city, country, mobile phone, e-mail and a copy of passport, driver license or approved ID card. The user has to create a username which will be used in all communication with the member. 5xCLUB will keep all member information discreet and confidential and a very limited amount of admin personnel has access to the information.
FUTURE CHANGES CLAUSE
5xCLUB is not responsible for any changes done by third parties that can change the initial concept or in any way harm the purpose of the club and it members. 5xCLUB is also in its full right to change terms and conditions, but in such case the members will be notified one week in advance. 5xCLUB has also its right to change the website and functionalities for the members with no further notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISCLOSURE
5xCLUB has the intellectual property rights to club profile including logos and everything that is published on website or distributed to its members. Any use of club material except the personal referral link must be agreed with the founders of the club.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITY POLICY
Any unlawful use of the website including unlawful behaviour as well as broadly prohibiting illegal activity is forbidden and can cause to exclusion. 5xCLUB is not responsible for members use of the website and tools and the way they are promoting the club.
TERMINATION CLAUSE
Any misuse of the platform and name might lead to that the user’s loose access to the site and that the membership can be cancelled. The decision to terminate a user’s account is the sole discretion of the club’s owners.
If members want to cancel their membership, they have the right to get all their invested Bitcoins refunded with no cost. In such case they will lose possibly returns, but members that are entitled to commission will not loose their commission, but since the invested Bitcoin is no longer in trade no more commission will accumulate. In such case the commission can be withdrawn or re-invested.
If members account is de-activated and a member is excluded from the club because of sever misuse of these terms and conditions the members will get their initial Bitcoins refunded except 25% penalty fee for harming the club and their members.
THIRD PART CLAUSE
5xCLUB is not responsible for any third-party websites to which our website or application links. In many cases, these provisions also notify users that they are solely responsible for reading the policies of third parties and third-party websites.
